Service Description

Moving is a big job. Move out/in cleaning includes every routine of basic and deep cleaning. Apartments and houses may accumulate dust and grime for years. If you are a tenant or landlord the cleanliness of the home can impact security deposit and or getting a new tenant. We'll thoroughly clean your place from top to bottom. Let us take the stress off so everything can go smoothly. IMPORTANT: Please let us know if any construction/renovation works are being done to the home. Here is what we do: GENERAL WORKS IN ALL AREAS: • Dry floor cleaning with a vacuum cleaner or broom (For your health, we use your vacuum or broom. If you are unable to provide a vacuum due to having already packed or you are the agent and the tenant has gone, we will accommodate you) • Wet cleaning of floors and baseboards • Wet cleaning window sills, pipes • Cleaning mirror and glass surfaces • Cleaning of all types of furniture (table tops, shelves, closets, cabinets and other surfaces) • Cleaning of wardrobes, cabinets, drawers, etc. • Dustings air conditioners (NOT detailed cleaning). • Taking out the trash WORK IN THE BATHROOM: • Cleaning and disinfection of the faucets, sinks, toilets • Cleaning showers and baths • Washing the tiles WORK IN THE KITCHEN: • Cleaning the stove top and the oven • Washing refrigerator inside and outside • Washing the microwave inside and outside • Cleaning kitchen surfaces (table tops, countertops) • Cleaning the cabinets inside and outside (if they are empty) • Taking out the trash Rates DO NOT include cleaning the blinds/shutters, fans, doors, exterior windows. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO THE FOLLOWING: • Moving heavy furniture and appliances • High bulbs and ceiling fans • Window exteriors • Pet waste An houlry rate of $60 will apply for every hour beyond the 4-hours mark. All charges includes taxes. We offer hourly rate pricing for home cleaning services based on the size and condition of the apartment or house.
