Service Description

Post Construction cleaning of entire apartment. IMPORTANT: • We assume that the apartment is empty and all the construction work is done. No workers are allowed in the apartment during our cleaning. • Construction dust is everywhere: on the walls, ceiling, small gaps and notches, so please note that still it will be dust after the cleaning for a few weeks. • Let us know in advance if you have paint, putty or other specific marks and stains that have to be removed. • Window Cleaning billed separately • High areas cleaning incurs additional cost Post Construction Cleaning can be done in 2 or 3 phases Rough Phase- Cleaning of bulky items and debris before plumbing. Final Phase-After painting before the home is shown to buyer(s) Touch up Phase-After home is sold before buyer moves in For post construction cleaning we offer flat rate prices for 1-2-3 bdr / 1 ba apartments. If the project is bigger than 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, please let us know square footage. Also, please inform us about extra rooms in the home. We will give you the estimation according to this information. If there are multiple units, please let us so we can arrange for our commercial team to review the order. IN ALL ROOMS: • Dusting/vacuuming the floors and walls. • Mopping the floors (with Swiffer and wet cloth. Please provide your own mop if you’d like). • Cleaning inside all closets, cabinets and drawers • Washing the windows from inside (let us know if they are over-sized!). • Cleaning the baseboards • Taking out the trash. Please let us know if there are certain items you do not want thrown away. IN BATHROOM: • Cleaning and sanitizing the bathroom (scrubbing walls, tub, toilet and sink). • Polishing bathroom faucets and mirrors. IN KITCHEN: • Cleaning inside the fridge, oven and microwave • Cleaning the counter top and stove top • Cleaning kitchen cabinets
